Benjamin Franklin and Andrew were a great find in a pinch. On top of that, we now have a plumber we trust that will always be our first call. I felt the pricing was also very fair for an after hours emergency service and truthfully Andrew provided much more than just fixing the problem we had. He took the time to educate us about water quality, why we are experiencing low water pressure, and some other things. He was very friendly and I don’t want to say “I look forward to seeing him again”, but at least we know that if and when we do we know that we will be In capable honest hands.

Sam came out and was methodical and neat with his work. He explained to me what he was doing each step. His work was great.

Long story, short… had a hose bib installed 2 years ago. All new. Went to turn on the spigot this Spring 24’ and water came flooding from behind the wall, where the spigot was mounted. I was a little baffled - at how this could happen to a new hose bib. The winters have not been that cold & I bleed the water from the lines. I call BF Plumber & explain the situation; they send out a mechanic “Andrew”, and after mulling over the problem/cause/solution, he informs me, that he will repair it - due to too many factors involved. Helluva nice guy! With a good temperament, notwithstanding scenarios like this. Andrew, repaired the hose bib(efficiently) and made a bad situation….good. It’s one thing, to be good at what you do… it’s an entirely different thing…to be a good human being. BF Plumbing, be glad you have an employee like Andrew.

Jeremy is phenomenal but my whole experience with Ben Franklin has been amazing. My bathroom looks absolutely beautiful.

DJ came out and quoted me a fair price. His techs showed up on time… we’re knowledgeable and very skilled. It took them no time at all to do the discussed work. They completed it all in a clean/timely fashion… Couldn’t be happier, thanks everyone!
